"There was lots to do on and off the resort. The water was prestine. Lots of families with children were there. Riding there bikes and swimming. The view was amazing and the sea life i.e.turtles and fish right outside the overwater bunglows was so nice to see. The room was average to good, but unfortunately a pipe burst apparently somewhere so they shut off the water for two hours mid-morning without informing us. Thankfully no one was taking a shower or doing a number 2. There also was construction noise on the grounds to repair the pipe which woke us up early the first morning. "Absolutely amazing ! Trip of a lifetime- not sure how anyone could give an unfavorable review- We did a 1 night stay as we were cruising and had an overnight dock in Papette. Took ferry to Moore a was the best decision of the trip! Everyone at hotel especially the valet guys and bar tender Mr T were so helpful and friendly! Only thing we would have changed a little was some additional lunch and dinner options at the restaurant. Food was excellent, breakfast included, just was looking for salads and more simple things. "I had to wait 5 hours to get my room. The old reason was that I should spend another $600 for the night before. When my room was ready, nobody came up to me to let me know so I probably waited a few hours too much. Terrible experience. The staff told me a way to go to my room, through 2 long halls and 2 elevators. I am 82 years old and needed a wheelchair for that, but they did not make me aware that it was a very long walk. There was a much shorter way that I later found out by myself!"
