"The thing i liked the most was the location and the magnificent view from my room! It was breathtaking! I wasn’t impressed with the room we had for the price. The furnishings were worn, there was no mini fridge in the room which i needed for my medication. There were no electrical outlets near the beds which i needed for a medical device. I had a parcel delivered to the hotel which they could not locate although they had a photograph showing it had been delivered. They kept saying they were...

"Nice hotel in a very good location. Staff was helpful. Everything was very clean. The bad, the elevator was very slow and only one working. No fridge in the room and spotty WiFi. Still ok overall and would stay here again."

"The receptionist name "Aylin" very very kind and helpful. She is a first impression for the first day of my UK trips. The room is very clean , good bathtub , big ben view in my room so good (Room type : Suite with bigben view). If you need anyhelp or anything i phone called and all of the staff help a lot. I recommend you to stay here. Hope to meet them again!"

"Hotel was clean throughout, and all staff very friendly & pleasant. Was clear in booking process that there was no bathroom in room. The bathrooms/toilets are very clean, and their are many throughout the building, and at least one close to every room. Breakfast was fine (bacon, eggs, toast, tea, coffee, orange juice, cereal). Around 5minute walk to Paddington station. Excellent budget option for the price."

"No AC and on a very busy corner so we couldn’t sleep with the windows open even if we wanted to. Toilets were extremely difficult to flush, having to hold them multiple times just to get the bowl to work"

"Tutto perfetto peccato solo che non si potesse aprire la finestra"

"I loved this place! It has style and character. It is renovated very well with excellent colors and theme. I stayed in the two twin bed room with a friend, it was cozy and perfect for what we needed. Loved the coffee station on the second floor. I want to stay again."

"The St Giles has undergone a drastic transformation under new ownership, and unfortunately, it’s all at the guest's expense. The once-standard amenities are gone: no in-room tea or coffee, and even basic towels are no longer a guarantee. To top it off, they are now charging a staggering £10 per item for luggage storage. With a pushed-back 3 PM check-in and stripped-back facilities, it feels like every basic service has been 'unbundled' just to price-gouge. Truly a shame to see such a central...
