"Air conditioning in the room failed, the à la carte restaurants only allow for one dessert, and very slow service, the pools are warm, you have to be 18 or older to play pool in kids arcade, the pina colada was terrible, there were no elevators, no servers around the pool, you have to check out towels, if you lose your bracelet they charge $30 to put it back on, the snack bar is very limited, there’s no air conditioning anywhere but your room, the bathroom shower doesn’t have a door so the floor...

"El hotel necesita mucho que mejorar en cuanto a las habitaciones: 1. Teniendo una reservación para 3, solo habían dejado 2 toallas y costo que me dieran la otra toalla. 2. No teníamos toallas de mano ni alfombra para salir de la ducha. 3. El wifi tenia mala señal y no servia para ver tv. 4. Las camas no eran cómodas."

"The resort was well kept no complains regarding cleanliness, the food was very tasteful and the staff from the guard at the gate to the last person that works at the place were always willing to help with anything you needed"

You will never get bored here with lots of pools to choose from and lots of places to chill out at with tables and benches and hammocks in different interesting locations. Also, the different rooms are very interesting. The boat tour was good. The food was good as well."

"I had got a room apparently they overbooked i was there in the middle of the night the concierge didn’t give me any other solution just we don’t a room we are overbooked unbelievable.I had a horrible experience. No communication between hotel and Expedia. How did no one have communication between Expedia and hotel. I had to find another place get a taxi and look around for an available hotel. And I still didn’t get my refund, they give us excuse they can’t contact to Marriot centro hotel or...
