Our server Wilfredo was great! He made our stay so much more comfortable & pleasant. He made sure we were taken care of. I Highly recommend staying here for not just the service but for the views and experience as well.

I just want to take a moment to recognize the gentleman who served our dinner last night. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience. Unfortunately, I don’t remember his name, but I truly hope someone recognizes him and gives him the appreciation he deserves for his hard work and excellent service. He was amazing!

Place is beautiful and the room was very nice and clean. Friendly staff in general but food wise wasn’t the best ,took them more than an hour to serve a simple breakfast that comes included with the stay at the end I ended leaving and the food never got to my table. Otherwise the rest of my stay was fine.

The staff were excellent and very friendly throughout my stay. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the hotel and room was disappointing. The room also had very poor lighting, which made it feel darker and less comfortable than it should have been. The food was another area that could use improvement. I expected better quality for the price. Overall, the staff were definitely the highlight of my stay, but the cleanliness, food, and room lighting made the experience less enjoyable than I expected.

1st I would like to say what I like about the property. Ocean view. Nice garden clean pools. What i don't like about the property, that is far away from other activities, no laundry on site, same breakfast dish, hotel room hot when arriving when should be best to be cold enough especially when is very hot outside, poor wifi, poor electricity, needs better activity

This is a nice little hideaway although the hotel only has 22 rooms, it is an oasis. My visit to the property is doing a dry season and when beach access from the property is closed. The staff arranged transportation to and from the beach. The staff was attentive, courteous, and kind. I look forward to return visit.

We really enjoyed this property. Breakfast was delicious and there were options for everyone. We also enjoyed a few different cocktails from their bar menu as well as a shrimp ceviche. The service staff was super friendly and helpful, they were attentive even while we were lounging by the pool or on the decks. Our villa was spacious and the beds were super comfy. We didn’t have enough time to enjoy the spa but they did offer a lot of different types of spa services that we would’ve taken advantage of had we stayed longer. El Tunco is less than a mile away and there are lots of great restaurants in the area to choose from. The property was also beautiful, lots of greenery and flowering plants, ocean views, and different backdrops for great photos. We would definitely stay here again!
