Staff and guests asked us why we traveled there and were excited to welcome us there, especially since the country has gone through a huge transition (for the netter) with the current president. The hotel does not provide an iron in your room,they charge 1.50 for each article of clothing."

"I Loved this place! Nestled deep in the mountains with beautiful views of the volcano. The restaurant there has great food. We did the hike offered though the hotel to the Santa Ana volcano and I loved it because it was private and they go at your pace. If you come to El Salvador, this is a must!"

"Not real breakfast just some snacks on top of the front desk counter kind of bar 😒 not enough and no refills even on fruits. Ac broken and it was hard to find another room just move to a small bed no king size that was the one we payed in our reservation. Small parking lot! Dining has no AC to eat breakfast. No elevators and my husband was in crutches but no help it all from the personal with the luggage. No going back for sure. 👎👎"
