Some of the reception staff was not accommodating to our late check-out request, we had to wait in the lobby for three hours before going to the airport. The hotel is only a 30 min ride by bus to the old town, the bus station is right outside the hotel. The area around the hotel is not too bad however there are not alot of options for dining. "All in all it was good. Out of season so no outdoor pools - fair enough but the spa was shut most of the afternoon and there was no hot tub working. We were also disappointed and hot that apparently it was too early to turn the air con on so we slept with our balcony door open as the first night our room reached 28° and we thought the room air con must be broken. OK until our neighbour started smoking cigs and other stuff and we had to close it! The staff just said they would ask the manager...
