"Beautiful hotel right in the heart of
Chania. Incredibly helpful staff as well - one even ran 5 mins to bring us our charging adapter that we had left in the room. Had a beautiful and delicious breakfast at the roof top. Albeit it being a smaller hotel, we definitely had a 5-star experience."

"This was one of the best hotels stays. Everything was wonderful! Breakfast was always delicious. Fresh fruit and Cappuccino every morning. Our room was beautiful and generously sized. My husband and I had plenty of space to unpack for the week. The staff is A+++. Every person we came in contact with was wonderful! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone. It is in the perfect location. You can walk to just about any where. We rented a car and had no trouble finding parking. I am back to work so...

"We had a fantastic stay in Casa Vitae, Villa Amaryllis. The apartment was very clean, well maintained, and actually more modern than we expected. The pool area was great and made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff were incredibly helpful and responded quickly whenever we had questions or needed assistance. We would definitely recommend this place and would gladly come back."

"Die Unterkunft ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Altes Bad mit dusche in der Badewanne. Etwas dunkel. Rezeption nur sehr selten besetzt.
Frühstück war überschaubar aber ok. Nur Filterkaffee oder Kapselmaschine.
Das schlechteste waren die fast gar nucht schalldedämmten Fenster zur Strasse hin. Die vorbeifahrenden Fahrzeuge (über Kopfsteinpflaster) konnte man bis spät in den abend hinein hören.
Sehr gut der eigene mit Schranke abgesperrte Parkplatz (kostenfrei).

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel but had few occasions with the dinner staff when they were very rude with us. They would not let us sit in the dining area as they had prepared the table for next morning and we didn’t want to sit outside. Even before we started eating or drinking they would come and ask us how would you pay which made us very uncomfortable. At one occasion the staff came to our room at 10:30 and knocked when clearly there was a Do not disturb sign hung on the door"

"This is a delightful hotel with very helpful staff. The only problem with it is that it is the labyrinth of pedestrian streets that make up Chania old town and it was difficult for us to find it - others might not find it a problem. Breakfast was excellent, and the beds were extraordinarily comfortable."
