"The telephone in the room was out of service when I arrived. While it did get fixed, the process of addressing the problem and getting it resolved was very unpleasant and uncomfortable for me as a guest at the motel."

"The room AC/heater wasn't working properly. Bathroom locked were broken. Room were very occupied and dark. Lighting wasn't good. Overall, I didn't enjoy my stay. Need much renovation. Furniture was very old fashioned."

"Staffing where very nice, but we seemed to not be able to get clean towels till our 4th day there out of 6... our beds where never done... they replaced out micro wave.the rug made our feet black do to no one came to clean room yes, the floor in the bathroom was nasty also... I had to replace a burnt out bulb in bathroom.. They said only smokin outside, but whomever smoked inside there room our vent from the bathroom sucked the smoke in to our bathroom. We are non smokers..Sorry to say this was...

"Our stay as a whole was pretty much okay. The only downsides were that the staff was difficult to understand at times and my wife and I found a bug of some sort in our room. The shower was okay except for the tub faucet not shutting completely down as the shower was going so I got a little bath to go along with my shower. But other than all that, my rating is a solid 3 out 5 stars."

"No Kleenex, not even an empty box. Appeared to simply not be offered. No floor rug for outside of the tub/shower. Not very safe. No bathroom amenities at all. No soaps, shampoos, lotions, etc. Good shower pressure though!"

"The staff was very helpful and friendly. The only negative i had during my stay was the overwhelmingly strong scent of the carpet cleaner used in the hallway. It was so strong it would butn your nose. I did not smell it anywhere else like that. Only my floor. "

"I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. From the outside, it didn't look like anything special, but it exceeded my expectations in several ways. The check-in process was quick, easy, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which immediately made for a positive stay. Everything appeared to be in good condition, and I had no issues during my visit. The complimentary breakfast was also quite good, with a nice variety of options and...
