The property was in excellent condition and seemed to have been recently remodeled and updated. Immaculate in all aspects. My room was super clean and in excellent condition including the bathroom. New furniture. The heat and air were new and very quiet operating. Great TV service, big screen with unlimited channel choices. Parking was convenient. The breakfast choices were great with both hot or cold menu items Including eggs, sausage, potatoes, toast, hot or cold cereal, waffles etc., juices, yogurt, milk, coffee. All hot items were fresh each morning. I would give this property 5 stars easy and no complaints. Highly recommend you stay here when in the area.

I come to the Sullivan area a few times a year and have tried different hotels, but for quite a while the Baymont Inn is the only one I book.
