"Great location, good room, nice staff. Location - incredible. The beach is a 5 minute walk, there’s a gorgeous cafe on the way (SeaSpray). Pentire point, Fistral Beach Bar, The Stable (pizza) are all a 15/20 minute walk. Then the centre of the town is 30mins ish. Room - 8/10, the overall room was great but there were a few small details that stopped it being a 10/10, like the remote was dirty, the TV was old, the shower pressure was naff, the fridge didn’t turn on and the bathroom window...

"The quality and comfort food etc was excellent but my disappointment at check-in was paying a 3,5 % surcharge because I was paying by a cash card ( not even Amex or Diners) especially when Hotels .com guarantees the amount you pay at the time of booking This surcharge should be on the booking details. I have booked Hotels in Italy where they state payment in cash only no cards"

"Richard and Helen run an immaculate guest house with lots of evidence of their own travels. They love to chat which makes you feel very welcome. Breakfast is taken in the sunny spacious conservatory and starts with a cornucopia of fresh fruit chopped into a salad. "Excellent stay at the Atlantic. Lovely fresh breakfast everyday with choices between cooked and continental. Room spotless and comfortable. Only small down fall was the lift being out of service and we were on the 3rd floor. Apart from that will def be returning in the future. "

3 day break in Penzance
"Our 1st stay here. Nice room with sea view all nicely clean. The largest towel was not very large and that really is the only complaint. All the staff were very attentive and helpful and the service from them was great. A pleasure to have stayed and hopefully we will visit again sometime. Some of the breakfast tables need to be available in the shade as even in February it was too hot sat there."
