"The Great Pyrenees dog, Dalí, greeting me at my car wagging his tail and walked me to the door. The receptionist was efficient, funny and super helpful. The hotel arranged a great horse ride for me and recommended a fantastic hot springs. Aldo they washed and folded a load of laundry for me. The breakfast is huge and very good. The people are warm and laid back. The building and view of the lake are phenomenal. The bathrooms big and modern. The pool is pretty big it was winter so I didn’t swim...

"I booked a dome with my family, including my pregnant wife, thinking it was a family friendly place as stated by expedia, however due to the poor design of the steps my wife fell off, since the steps are literally rounded at the edges. When comunicated to the lady that received us, she showed no signs of worry about the situation. I think the place is not family friendly, because of the aforemention fact and also the dome we stayed in hardly had protections agains falls. Also, since we went in...
