"Resort was nice and most of the staff were great! Reception staff were not so great when there was an issue. Bathroom cleaned and no towels left and nobody able to confirm how long it would take for them to be delivered! No dressing gowns in room though others had them. Bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable and the mattress topper provided was just as hard. Bed sheets also had holes in them."
