"The Grand Windsock Restaurant has great food but the service is horrible. Takes them forever to come take your order, then when the food does come, you have to ask for utensils because they don’t put them on the table. Then they never come back to check if you need anything, like another round of drinks or if everything is on point. They never get tips according to the staff and now I know why. If you don’t stand up and flag them down, you’ll never get service. There are other places to eat that will value you as a customer."

"Ok. We will do this again. There was some disconnect between Expedia booking pages and what we actually got once we were there. But we worked it out with the staff. The room was basic but clean and comfy. But the pool was awesome. We spent so much more time around it in the pool than we would ever have imagined. And bachelors beach is right across the street. So good place to swim in ocean, snorkel or watch sunsets. The on site restaurant was very good, albeit kind of pricey. And the staff were extremely accommodating. We can recommend the place and will likely stay here again in the future."

"Hotel jest bardzo ładny, sukcesywnie odnawiany. Rafa z kolorowymi rybkami 2m od brzegu plaży hotelowej. Jedzenie top. Na bardzo wysokim poziomie co jest zaskakujące jak na all-inclusive. Byliśmy w pokoju po remoncie. Ślicznie urządzony, jedyny mały minus to mało miejsca na ubrania (byliśmy w 4 osoby a szafa była max nawet 2 osoby). Obsługa bardzo miła"
