"My first stay in Minsk, the hotel has a great location, 5 minutes from central bus and railway station. It’s also across the big mall with nice food court. Hôtel staff was very friendly and helpful got me a portable heater since the room was cold as central heating was off in spring season. Overall was nice. Rooms aren’t as well soundproofed.. so you can hear people in the hallway.."

The hotel itself is stunning, but the staff are the real standouts—they were incredibly polite and went above and beyond to help with everything we needed. My only minor critique is the breakfast; we found it wasn't competitive in price or value for money compared to the rest of the experience, so we only used it...
