"Very poor service. The telephone, TV and WiFi in the room wasnt working. The staff only moved us by 11pm. Then there was no water in the entire building. Extremely poor service, not one single apology. "I recently stayed (6/10-6/15) The place is clean, modern, and well designed. The staff were exceptional, especially Dewei at the front desk, who offered great local tips and made me feel welcome. It has a fabulous rooftop blocks away from Sagrada Família. Highly recommend for a memorable stay!"

"The location of the hotel is fantastic. It is on the Ramblas, close to Plaza Catalunya. The staff is friendly, and the hotel is clean and modern. The rooms are comfortable and nice. Everything you need is within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again."

"The reception staff is amazing but the room service is horrible. We called to clean our room and to have coffee and water twice but never done. Take care when doing checkout and verify everything detail. When i did my checkout they told me that i have a balance to pay xxx euros but when checking my bank i found 2 operations and till now they don’t answer my mail to send me detailed receipt or to make my refund 😳😳😳😳"

"Overall positive experience. However, room was a bit cramped (we did have a cot which took up space but even despite it, not the most spacious). Would have been helpful to have some ledges/shelves for opening suitcases. Location was great, close to walk to many cool things to see and make it back to the hotel for our baby to nap. They provided us with a baby bath at no extra cost which was pleasant surprise! Staff were very friendly and welcoming every time you walked in. Lobby was nice...

"Hotel is nice and is very close to the metro station but you aren’t allowed to use the A/C between the hours of 9am and 6pm the hottest hours of the day. Also power went out in the hotel on the second day of our stay."
