"Hotel is in a great location with Shinjuku station nearby and literally 1000's of places to eat. Room was comfortable with a nice bathroom. Only gripe is the size of the room. If there are 2 of you and you have 3 or 4 pieces of luggage it is a challenge. We got through it but definitely an issue."

"Stayed here to catch flight the next morning back home. No complaints. We had plenty of room. Beds were comfortable. I will say as a an older person perhaps a hand grab rail to get in an out of the bathtub to take shower would be helpful. Other than that would definitely stay again"

"Travelled often to Japan so I already know the rooms are small, traveling for 19 days with 2 adults and one child. I am glad that I booked 2 rooms otherwise it would have been uncomfortable. A great location for public transport and many great restaurants."
