"property just down rd from the hard. Hard to find without prior knowledge. Entry was difficult becuase the entry system at first took a lot of doing. It is on a safe system that needs imput from the owners and a no to get the small safe to drop and reveal the key to apt. Not able to get TV or internet until landlady came on sun morning. Phone conversation was not good at all. Frequently breaking down when asking questions. No instructions at all in apt to get started. No hot water...

"Well equiped studio flat in a convenient location. Could be cleaner, and the shower was a little tame. A few small improvements like a curtain/blind for the doors window and instructions for using the projector would have made the stay better. Having said that I’d consider staying again."

"Stayed for 2 nights when at a conference at the Brighton centre. I think this is the best area to stay in Brighton and it was very easy to find/access the property from the instructions. A couple of things could take it from being a decent stay to somewhere really nice, which wouldn’t cost much. The flat was clean however the bed uncomfortable.
