However we were not informed there were check out rules & We would need to view those rules on the hotel website. We left our apartment tidy & closed all windows & washed up & put away our breakfast items. We left our bed linen in a pile for collection but did not empty our bin. After we left we were charged Euro 50 for not abiding with the check out rules. Such a disappointment after...

"L'hôtel et les chambres sont vieillissants. Les piscines ne sont pas sur site, il faut marcher un peu. L'option "tout inclus" est intéressante, d'autant que les produits proposés sont de bonne qualité "

"Hotel was comfortable with a very good bed was clean and staff were courteous and friendly. For the money excellent value. The evening meal was not so great but locally it was pretty and while not a lot was going on as it seemed devoid of people and places to drink or dine perhaps a little further afield was required not just walking distance. "Wonderful stay - disappointed it was only for one night! Helpful staff (sorry didn’t catch a name) booked us into a local restaurant for an excellent evening meal! Our room was spacious with a wonderful view overlooking the vineyard. A comfortable bed and a great shower. The hotel is close to all that Vallon Pont D’Arc has to offer. Would definitely stay again - plus their wine was delicious! "
