Globalement sympa, vielle hôtel avec du caractère. L’accueil était très sympa et les propriétaires sont charmants. Très bonne literie, deco de la chambre un peu vieillotte mais tout de même confortable.

Hôtel confortable et chaleureux

Nous sommes une famille avec deux petits garçons ( 8 mois et 4 ans). L hôtel avait mis à notre disposition la plus grande des chambres ainsi qu un lit de bébé. L accueil a été parfait et nous avons bien profité de ce jolie petit village de Vals les bains. On va y retourner

Une belle découverte dans une magnifique région!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au sein du grand hôtel de Lyon à Vals les Bains. Madame et Monsieur Bonneton sont très accueillants et avec l'ensemble de leur équipe, ils sont en permanence à l'écoute du bien-être de leur clients. Il suffit de franchir la porte de l'établissement pour se sentir bien et ceci dans un cadre très bien entretenu. Habitués aux grandes chaines d'hôtel, nous y avons trouvé une âme qui de fait se traduit par une atmosphère très agréable avec le reste de la clientèle.

Nous avons été agréablement surpris à notre arrivée car on nous a donné le choix entre 3 chambres que nous avons pu visiter avant d'en prendre possession .L 'hôtel est charmant et le personnel très agréable .Le petit déjeuner était très copieux et varié et nous avons apprécié un excellent dîner dans le restaurant de l'hôtel.La petite ville est assez pittoresque et nous y retournerons sûrement .

Traditional grand, with a very plesant atmosphere and excellent resturant. Comfortable beds and quiet if your room faces away from the street. Breakfast is worth the surcharge. Would visit again!

Ayant une nuit à passer dans la région d'Aubenas, j'ai choisi cet hôtel sur les conseils de voyageurs "hôtels.com". Rien à redire sur ce bel hôtel thermal qui fleure bon la IV ème République : élégant, confortable ; service, restaurant, petit-déjeuner et accueil parfaits. Il reste que Vals-les-Bains, hors période estivale (et encore), c'est mortel !

Très bon accueil à l'arrivée. La gérante se met en quatre pour satisfaire ses clients. Piscine en corniche bien agréable pour se rafraichir. Prévoir toutefois à terme une rénovation de certaines parties, un peu vieillottes.
