The condo was so nice, the views were spectacular. We were there for my son's wedding and the staff was great! The pool area and hot tub was a great place to unwind after a long weekend of events. The shuttle over to the beach and the towels/beach chairs are a wonderful perk!

Beautiful Resort

This was a really beautiful resort. I loved the location and the cleanliness of the hotel. The only complaint I have is that they seemed really frugal about towels and one front desk worker had an attitude.

Emerald Grande is a great place to stay with family. The pool accessibility and ease to reach HarborWalk make it very convenient and easy to keep the child and wife happy. The rooms are nice and big and clean.

Price was ok. Rooms were fine. Service was ok but not resort quality. Beach was good. Like the calm water for kid. Like the beach chairs. Fun with food vendors on boats. Room service is a waste at beach. Food arrived cold.

This is a wonderful resort whose location provides not only beautiful scenic views of the Bay, Crab island and the Gulf , the Emerald Grande 's guests can walk the Harbor Boadwalk which contains restaurants, shops and take in the views of the many boats and yachts that pass through. The staff was wonderful in the resort. From the moment my family and I walked in we saw smiling staff members who were always eager to assist. I would like to recognize Ms.Katie ( Australian accent ) whom provided us an outstanding overview of the area and answered all questions we had. During my 4 day stay she was so helpful, always acknowledging us and exchanging pleasantries. It was so refreshing to see such care being given to all of the guests . Ms Katie made us feel like it was home. I highly recommend the resort .
