"Clean, comfortable, great place to rest before our flight and even enjoy a meal at the hotel restaurant. Best of all was the convenience—across the parking lot from the car rental hub where we returned our rental vehicle and walked back to the hotel! Shuttle to airport came within ten minutes of asking. Highly recommend!"

"This was our second time staying here and we love this place! Staff is very helpful, and made the effort to communicate with us, using our very limited Spanish. Trees and flowers are beautiful here. Many choices on Free Breakfast menu, and food is very good. "They just finished painting the pool edge...looks great. This is our 3 year at the Trapp Family Inn. The only thing that was different was it was warmer than usually in San Jose than in previous years. The rooms were definitely warmer, but we were glad we had ceiling fans. Service, Food, and hospitality were great. We'll be BACK!"

"I stayed here when I flew into San Jose. It's close to the airport, it's in a safe gated neighborhood. Dinner is available, breakfast is included. I will stay here again when I depart Costa Rica."

"Daniel and his wife were very kind and accommodating. The property is really great, the way they have it laid out, to feel like a garden area in the back. We especially like the breakfast area !! Breakfast was hearty and yummy. Shuttle service was great. Very conveniently located to the airport. Felt like it was in a neighborhood with an instantly surprised me, but all was good and safe."

"The grounds garden and pool were very beautiful and clean. The restaurant was amazing and included a full bar. They even had a space that allowed the dog to dine with us. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and water pressure in the shower was great! We would stay again."
