This hotel was not cleaned and falling apart. Our room was disgusting and the hotel was not safe. There were homeless people in the lobby and using the bathrooms inside the hotel. We ended up getting a refund and going to a different hotel.

Who rated this hotel 9.8? No bellman all during stay. Room had no radio/clock, no pen or notepad, no room service menu or breakfast door hanger.
