I enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was clean. Staff was very kind and helpful. There was a lot of amenities in the area food shopping. I will definitely be staying here again if I’m ever in Iowa.

The entire staff did a wonderful job. The food and service at Bennigan’s was delightful. The snow removal team did a wonderful job with the storm. My wife is an amputee and is in a scooter and with only one leg if she slips on snow, she wouldn’t be able to get back up without calling an ambulance and so it would be great if the shoveling team which you did an awesome job spent time in the area of the handicap parking making sure that there was no snow or ice in the handicap parking anywhere. Overall excellent service

Our room was fine. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The check in process was long and there was confusion about the price. I received a receipt from Expedia, but Holiday Inn did not. It took a while, but we figured it out. It just wasn’t seamless or quick.

Perfect Stay

Our stay at Holiday Inn & Suites on Merle Hay Rd. in Des Moines, IA was wonderful. Employees are very accomodating. They had a restaurant connected to the hotel, which we did not go to but was nice to know we could have. Pool is open til midnight and they are very child friendly. Will definitely be coming back next time we travel to Des Moines.
