"The building is older and looks a little sketchy from the outside, and it doesn't seem like the best neighborhood. But the proximity to the airport and light rail station were what we needed for our one night in Seattle, and it turned out to be a surprisingly good stay. Things were off to a rough start when we couldn't get anyone to answer our call to try to get a shuttle from the airport (thank goodness for the light rail!), but it got better after that. The staff with whom we interacted were all courteous. The room was clean and updated. It's basic, but I didn't expect more for the budget price. Despite being near the rail, parking lots, etc. it was surprisingly quiet (though we did hear our upstairs neighbors stomping around at around 3am). Is it glamorous? Is it luxurious? Does it have a lot of amenities? No. But if you're looking for a clean, comfortable, affordable stay this is it (at least it was on the night of our visit). Would stay again if I needed a place near the airport."

"Room was clean. Staff wasn’t very helpful, i asked for towels and they told me to go downstairs to get them from them. Tv wasn't working and staff said they would call back with a resolution and never did. Hotel lobby smelled like old vegetable oil for our entire 6 night stay."
