"Arrived for a 2 night start as had an event in Burton. The systems weren't working, so couldn't be checked in till almost 12 midnight. Drove from London and could not even put my leg up. On the day of checkout, the lift was not working. The staff at reception said "just take the stairs". We had suitcase ..."

"The hotel is now looking old and worn carpets dirty stained in the room nothing bar a kettle in room no mini bar or fridge no slippers anything pool is small but ok good jacuzzi and steam room sauna out of action breakfast was ok but limited choice on salad bar and £12 to park which is a little ridiculous ..."
