Hyatt Centric Downtown Denver
Room wasn’t ready. Hotel comped two meals. However service was awful when we tried to use the vouchers. Took 30 minutes to get drinks and 45 minutes for an appetizer that was literally toasted bread with butter. As a former Hyatt employee this entire experience was subpar. I won’t go back.

We absolutely loved this fabulous boutique hotel which is perfectly located in the theatre district and close to all the exceptional high end steakhouses.
