Our room was supposed to be cleaned.The staff did show up to clean, however we were not ready. I told them if they can come back, they never did.

First I was there at 3:15 pm and front desk said my room wasn't ready. I booked 3 weeks out for a king room. This was upsetting and checked in a hour later. I should had money returned for my inconvenience. Also my shower had mold around the inside of trim. This was disgusting for the price and waiting. ...
