"Decided to take my family of 6 (2 adults & 4 kids) to Daytona for a 5 night beach trip Pros: CLEAN Comfortable beds Right on the beach Our stay was overall Quite and not noisy hallway traction other then a few drunk people every now and then (hotel advertise quite time starts at 10pm) Gym was small but got the daily workout done however the water machine in the gym wasn’t working Cons: I was shocked at how many Young kids was running around hotel alone Hot hallway that felt like a sauna bathroom mirror light didn’t work No chairs on balcony Asked front desk about restaurants near or food delivery that wasn’t DoorDash and said they they wasn’t aware of anything When we arrived Only 1 working Small slow elevator only fit 1 luggage cart and 5 small people at a time (Door got stuck on the only working elevator wouldn’t open all the way) HOWEVER THE SECOND ELEVATOR WAS REPAIRED ON OUR SECOND DAY Terrible design hotel Only had emergency exit stairs that goes directly outside into parking lot that you cannot re-enter to go back into hotel so you HAVE to use elevator to go up Advertised restaurant on site (which was a factor in booking) but staff informed us that the restaurant has been shut down for awhile and said they didn’t have one on site anymore because they have no plans to reopen the restaurant however they use old restaurant to serve breakfast now Only few of the outlets worked in our room (811) House keeping lady was rude when she came the firs"

"This was a good stay. The hotel is rather plain and somewhat worn. But it is clean enough. My room was a suite. It was outstanding with a balcony facing the beach, multiple rooms, multiple TVs, fridge, microwave and a great view inland which showed the channel boats passing. Rarely have I ever been in a room so complete and comfortable. I spent a lot of time just laying in the comfy room and listening to the ocean. But I am sure that not all rooms are this complete. The breakfast was okay at best with very few items that appeared appetizing. The pork sausage was good and the coffee was good. That is it. The pool area was on the small side with the best thing about it being that you could access the beach quickly by walking through it. I thought the gym was very good for this type of hotel at this price point. The wifi did not work well and I mainly bypassed it and used 5G UW that is available in the area. The parking was tight and they charge you $10 a night which was not classy. But it seemed secure. Lastly one of the two fire escapes did not work on my level which was disturbing and probably illegal. I told that staff about it but they did not fix it. That was not cool. But overall I liked this hotel though it did feel a little worn and grungy. I would definitely stay there again particularly if I can get the suite again. "

"Property is good I been coming to days inn tropical seas for over 20 years Roger and Eddie always treated me like family they make sure iam check in good and my room is great this this new staff and management I won't be back they treat u like u nobody not friendly they don't try to make u happy "

"Property is run down. Rooms are outdated and not very clean. Cleaning staff brought new towels once in 5 days and emptied the trash in the room. Beds were not changed and room was not cleaned. This is a hotel where people live. Pool area was nice. "

"First room the AC was broken. Got moved to a new room. The refrigerator was missing the rack to hold cans so you could only put three drinks in it. The light in the shower was out, they did fix it very fast. There was half a roll of toilet paper and no spare rolls. It was weird to have to request toilet paper. Overall staff were nice but the daily upkeep of the rooms was superficial at best. "

"First 2 nights was a bit hard to find parking in the parking lot. But overall the stay was amazing, worth the money. Clean rooms for sure, thank you. "
