A sea-view room was spacious, spotless and very well stocked. The ensuite bathroom was spacious too and offered a slipper bath & separate shower. The hotel was quiet (weeknight stay) and staffed with friendly faces. Would stay again & recommend

Have stayed here on several occasions over the years. Happy with service from staff and comfort of room 4, although bathroom radiator was still not working, (had same room previously). Great town for independent shops. Great variety and easy to walk along the mainly pedestrianised High Street. Free Parking on Sat Nov 30th to help local traders. Fruit and Veg shops were two of the best I have seen anywhere except London.

It was ok, nice prom and attractive houses along front. High street a bit shabby. Only disappointment at the hotel (and it was a big one) was the quality of food in the bar area. We tried both lunch and dinner. Both quite poor. Such a pity.
