Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
CHECK IN WAS HORRIBLE!!!! There is no one at the front desk, no one would answer the phone. We were told we were on the 8th floor but the elevator only went to the 4th. We were never told there was another set of elevators on the other side of the hotel. I had to stop other guest and get them to help us find our room. I told them we needed 2 parking passes, only received one and only told after we got there that is all they give you. Had to pray our other vehicle did not get towed while we slept! This is after we had to figure out where to park because they closed down their parking garage! Oh! had to get other guest to show us where to park at. The pools were clean, and our "Ocean View" was obscured by the rooftop and over 40 a/c units. But after looking up and past that, you could see the ocean. The room itself though outdated, it was clean. It was ok for the money but we will NEVER stay there again.
