"We had a wonderful stay at Anna Lodges Dolomites. The room was spotless and had all the amenities we needed, making it very comfortable after long ski days. The location is also a huge plus—just a short walk to the Saslong lift, with direct access to the Sellaronda, which made getting on the slopes incredibly easy. But what truly sets Anna Lodges apart is the staff. They genuinely made our stay next level. Maria was incredibly kind and thoughtful—she even surprised me with a box of chocolates...

Insgesamt positiv anzumerken war auch der Zimmerservice und die allgemeine Sauberkeit. Man konnte den Spa Bereich privat je eine Stunde für das Zimmer reservieren. "A gorgeous mountain retreat! We stayed 9 nights and had dinner 8 of the nights. Clean hotel… incredible staff from the front desk to the dining crew. I will point out one person who stood out… Ervis! A great example of perfect hospitality. He is knowledgeable on wine of the region and just a genuine nice human. Dinner was right at Michelin * quality. The view of the mountain is spectacular. Our room was simple but comfortable. We hope to be back with family. "

"We stayed for 2 nights at the hotel in Canazei. It was a bit tricky to get there there through with the hairpin bends but the scenary along the way was a total gem. From here you'll need around 40 mins to Ortisei and 10 mins toQC Therme. The staff was very nice (only the communication via English seems a bit challenging). Everything was good besides the parking situation - we got no parking slot on the day of arrival and the staff certainly couldn't recommend other legal parking possibilities...

"My wife and I enjoyed a week stay with breakfast and dinner included. The food was superb, the staff were friendly and professional, and the location was excellent being central to the town. We appreciated the short walk to either gondola station and the ski storage room with boot and glove heaters in our locker. The spa was the perfect place to relax after a full day of skiing. The hotel offered a free reception with wine and appetizers in the bar. We plan to make this an annual trip!"

"I am writing to share my recent experience at Rainell Dolomites Retreat and advise against staying there. The cost of the room was disproportionately high given its quality and the extremely poor amenities. The actual condition of the property and rooms bears no resemblance to the images displayed on their website. Furthermore, the owners, who also operate the business, demonstrated a complete lack of customer service throughout my stay. The room itself had several issues, including a leaking...

"This is a nice hotel in the center of town. Unfortunately we had rooms #6 and #9 which are extremely small compared to other rooms. The location of this hotel in the center of town and in walking distance to both lifts was the best part of staying here."

"The room key is very hard to open and close. We had to make a loud noise when open or close it and the other rooms can hear it clearly. They are unsatisfied though we don't know how to open without noise. Don't expect wifi at room. You have it very near the router at the first floor. Shower area is quite small. But room is clean. Parking is free in front of the hotel"
