"The dryer was out of order. Could not wash my clothes"

"The breakfast was not good. Runny watery eggs and sausage links and patties. The tiny muffin was ok. The area was filled with drug addicts including the staff. It was so bad i left 1 day early and they didn't accommodate me by refunding one night. Money down the drain."

"I rarely write a review, but too many things about my stay that were unsatisfactory. The pictures online looked nothing like the Red Roof we stayed in. The ac/heating unit made a terrible squeaking sound every time it kicked on, and I wear ear plugs! There was a weird smell, but to be expected from such an old room. It’s very obvious that the rooms don’t get cleaned very well. The base that the mattress sits on was extremely dirty and was collecting lots of past guest’s loose hairs. There is no in room small coffee pot, so I walked down to the office to see if they had some. They did, but only had powder creamer and no lids. I opened the microwave in the room to heat it up and found a wet wash cloth sitting inside, because a dinner was heated in it, and blew up everywhere. It was really gross, so drank my coffee luke warm. We were traveling a ways, so had a small cooler with us. I walked down to the ice machine to get some ice for our refrigerated items that I put in the little mini fridg, and nothing would come out!! I went to the office to inform them, and they just said it didn’t work, no ice. That was a bummer since I had food to keep cold. I’m 59 years old, and this is the first time ever that I haven’t been able to get ice at a hotel. The other first for me was when I went to check out, and he said he had to check the room in order for us to get the $50 deposit back."

"Convenient location "

"This wasn't my favorite hotel. The room was EXTREMELY HOT. Even after setting the temperature to cool and putting it all the way down, it was still 74° the entire time. We even had an employee tell us it would be better to turn it off all together and leave the balcony door cracked. It did cool down a bit but we didn't find this trick out until the last night. Also when we got the room it asked on Expedia if we wanted a balcony or not. So I picked the balcony but you can't actually use the balcony. It is blocked off to where you can only open the door 4 in. The bar/restaurant was fine and the lobby was very pretty but I think if we find ourselves in this area again I will definitely be looking at other options. "

"The room was clean, the flooring and trim was worn and dated. The elevators were not all working and there was a MONSOON of children and their parents that were completely out of control and too loud and disturbing to other guests. The staff was great and apologetic. After 1 am things finally quieted down for my family to rest. Scary stairwells! I would recommend staying when there are no events and stay on 2-4th floors. "

"I’m not even sure where to start. The bathrooms are in desperate need of repairs, and overall really dirty. Shower floor was disgusting. Our room had no towels so we called the front desk asking for some, which they said they’d bring and NEVER DID! The TV didn’t work which was really disappointing as well, we tried everything. The indoor pool was small and very dirty all around it. Do yourself a favor, save your money and don’t stay here!!"
