"The place was pretty clean however they do not offer weekly rates (the front desk lady said this) and they literally stand outside your door 1 hr to 1.5 hrs before checkout waiting for you to leave…."

"Professional and courteous staff. Hotel just fine, neighboring hotel is a little run down. Fridge and freezer broken, door to fridge/ freezer both left open upon arrival with no power. Ice melting throughout. Other than poor communication from room staff to front desk, decent place."

"Convenient location was about all this hotel had going for it. The room was NOT clean what so ever. Booked a suite, the couch looked like it had been pulled straight out of someone’s trash, there was a used condom on the floor (the staff ended up coming into the room to get it out and disinfect as I had young kids stay with me), the fridge worked at all of 10% and didn’t keep anything cold, and there were several broken items in the room. The staff was friendly and did attempt to help fix the problem, but they said because we booked through a third party there was not much that they could do in terms of a refund. I can tell you when passing by on our way to vacations, this will not be a location I would stay again."

"I was very disappointed. This property was rated at 9/10. I reserved for the night based on this rating. I would not rate it any higher than 6 or 7 out of 10. At check the lady barely acknowledged we were there. I don't think she said 10 words. I feel we were interrupting her movie. As we walked through the breakfast area I noticed creamer packets (2 or 3) on the floor Second, there was no working ice maker. Third, one of the lights on the wall did not have a light bulb. When I asked for one at the desk she said, " Are you really going to need that light?". Next there was a vent in the bathroom that was held together with duct tape. Very poor. Lastly, we put some things in the refrigerator and this morning they were warm. The refrigerator was not working. This is most definitely a 9/10 establishment. We travel through this area 2-4 times a year and will not stay here again."
