"The room, bathroom and the bed were comfortable and clean. I was a bit surprised the there were no 5V usb sockets in the room. The staff were friendly and efficient. The taxi booking service worked perfectly. The fire alarm went off three times on our second day but were cancelled in a few seconds each time."

Second if you happen to arrive at the wrong hotel, because how would you know, the staff will be fairly rude and point you in the direction of the shuttle back to the airport. Breakfast was fresh and tasty with a good selection of food. The hotel offers a convenient shuttle service to the airport and is located close to a shopping centre. We also enjoyed the excellent fish and chips served in the hotel restaurant. The location was convenient, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!"
