The amenities are outstanding — the sledding, animals, the amazing pool and spa facilities are all perfect for unwinding after a day in the mountains. Every detail feels thoughtfully considered, and the staff are genuinely warm, attentive, and welcoming, making the entire stay feel effortlessly special. "The owner and staff are extremely obliging and helpful. They even went the extra mile to run a shopping errand for me when I realised I'd left some key items at my previous hotel. The food is excellent; delicious, authentic and very filling portions. The dining room setting is lovely and they clearly do everything to maintain the property. They even made a packed breakfast+lunch for us because we had a 4.30am departure to hit a mountain route. Room was very good. The only thing I would hope for is a slightly better pillow. We used the sauna daily and this was very welcome, especially after a tiring day on the mountain."
