Great property in an unbelievable location. The breakfast is freshly cooked to order, a stark contrast to some poor hotel buffets in Vietnam. The management are very friendly and the pool is great and peaceful. I am generally a relatively critical reviewer but I struggle to find things wrong with this hotel, especially for the price.

Wally is a fantastic host. This was our 2nd stay, previous was 5 years ago. He welcomed us back like family and thoughtfully upgraded our rooms to best suit our family. Sunny pool is an easy walk into the old town and fantastic value. The pool is lovely and never too busy. Great breakfast. Lovely new coffee shop has opened around the corner. Services like laundry and mini mart are close by.

Location great for walking into Hoi An but quiet. Breakfast was lovely, good choice and freshly cooked every morning, much better than buffet style. Wally couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable, full of local knowledge and so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Very enjoyable stay.

Probably the best villa in Hoi An:)

We stayed here for 6 nights and we really enjoyed it. We booked an ensuite on the ground floor right next to the pool. The room was so much bigger than we expected and exceptionally clean. The bathroom was also bright and spacious. Hotel Manager Wally is very helpful. We loved everything about it especially the freshly prepared breakfast.

Hidden gem

The bedroom, bathroom, dining and pool areas were all top shelf. Wally was an outstanding host. He arranged our inexpensive transfer from the Danang Airport, with the driver holding a sign with my name on it. He taught us everything about Hoi An and Vietnam. We stayed 2 nights, then two nights on Cham Island. He even arranged our transfer from the Hoi An harbor to our hotel in Danang!

Godt hotel med god vært

et ganske fint hotel i behagelig gåafstand fra indre by så der er stille og roligt især når man lukker døren. Stort og rummeligt værelse med lækkert badeværelse med grønne planter og åbent ud til. Men det bedste er klart verden Willy som er meget hjælpsom og rar at snakke med om alt muligt. Stor anbefaling herfra!

オーナーのかたにはとても気を使っていただいた。朝食も美味しく、部屋もすばらしかった。またホイアンに行くときに宿泊したい。唯一残念だったのが、バスタブのお湯がうまくでず、また、栓から水が漏れてしまい、お湯を貯めることが出来なかった。

Can’t recommend this hotel highly enough! Lovely spacious rooms, delicious breakfast, large pool and great location (quiet but central). We loved the free bikes and used these each day to get around and see the city. Very friendly staff, keen to make our stay as comfortable as possible and with plenty of recommendations. We stayed in a room with an outdoor bathroom and loved it - something we haven’t experienced before and quite cool! The bath in particular was fantastic, a great spot to relax after a day of exploring. We also liked that this is quite a small hotel (more of a villa - as the name suggests) so had a more personal feel. Great spot to stay!

Great Value, Great Service

Spent 3 nights at the Sunny Pool Villa, and happy to say that everything met or exceed our expectations. The staff were always friendly and helpful; beds were comfortable; room was clean; pool was refreshing. Breakfast wasn't overly impressive, but still satisfactory. Minors drawbacks include being a little far from the main strip, and the chickens on neighboring properties who like to crow at first light. Overall, a great stay!

여기만 갑니다.

벌레도 거의 없고 세탁서비스도 잘되고 한가하여 좋습니다. 조식 또한 부페식은 아니나 가성비 좋습니다. 허나 올드타운이나 시내에서 돌아올때 거리가 애매하여 그랩 잡기 조금 힘듭니다. 걷길 좋아 하시는 분이면 얼마든지 걸을 수 있는 거리긴 합니다. 또한 전망이 좋진 못하여 별 하나 뺍니다. 그러나 가성비 훌륭하며 아침마다 호이안 시장에서 과일을 사기에 좋은 위치이며 사장님도 친절합니다. 팁 드리자면 룸서비스는 10시까지 가능합니다. 제가 여기 숙소가 마음에 들어 많은 베트남 여행지 중에 이곳 호이안만 벌써 5번째 이며 다낭 보다는 훨씬 호이안에 정이갑니다. 하여 보통 10일정도 가게 되는데 다낭은 3일 여기에 7일정도 묵습니다. 더군다나 그중 숙소만해도 이곳만 4번째 방문입니다. Wally와 가족들 모두 친절하고 무슨 일이 생기면 본인 일처럼 생각해줍니다.요번 10월 5번째 방문 예정이며 한국어를 wally가 조금씩 하기 시작했다는 것. 그리고 여기 꼬마아가씨가 있는데 너무 귀엽고 예쁩니다. 결론. 위치는 애매하나 도보 좋아하시는 분들에게는 최적. 이 후기로 솔직한 심정은 한국 사람 많지 않았으면 하는 바램.
