Hai Yen Hotel was very good

Great hotel with very friendly and customer service focused staff .A short walk to the old town and a scenic 25 minute cycle ride if u go via the paddy fields or 15 via main road. Breakfast was good too with individually made omlettes on request.:-)

Great location, excellent stay for 2nd time

I stayed here for the second time in 2 years. Hai Yen has a great location, nice rooms, great swimming pool and a lot of nice facilities such as laundry, scooter rentals, taxi to/ from Da Nang Airport available at the reception. From the instant we entered the hotel premises, we had a staff member coming and picking our bags and carrying it to the room. The room had all the facilities- AC, bathroom with hot shower, bottled water, double bed with toilet amenities. The front-desk was very resourceful in making sure to arrange everything for us, and I didn’t have to worry on how to return scooter with flight at 7 am in the morning. They included filling petrol as well, at a slight premium (50 cents in USD) thus saving me a lot of time and hassle in filling petrol. As for our taxi, we changed the time at the last moment and the front-desk was very cooperative in getting it successfully done for us. All this for dirt cheap prices. The only slight complaint I had is this time the room I got was slightly smaller than last time, when I came alone and got 2 double beds which was lavish. The other thing was that we had a cockroach in the bathroom. I was able to kill the roach without much issues, but it wasn’t great to have this small inconvenience. Of course if we called the staff, they would have helped us out but we didn’t need to. But in an otherwise extremely clean hotel, this was a small annoyance.

We had a very bad smell in the bathroom, and my complained about it got ignored..and they were fixing all the rooms in our stage with a lot of noise, and we didn’t know about it before we came..

좋았어요!

침대가 3개 있어서 정말 편했어요. 수압도 괜찮았고 위치는 정말 좋았어요! 숙소에서 걸어서 5분안쪽으로 편의점이 3개나 있었고 올드타운, 시가지 쪽으로 걸어서 20분정도 걸리는데 주변 구경하다보면 시간 금방가요. 수영장은 호텔에서 올린 사진 그대로 입니다. 좋습니다. 한국숙박객에 비해 외국인숙박객이 더 많았어요. 조식도 나쁘지않았습니다. 하루에 두번씩 수영했네요 ㅎ 공항에 픽업서비스 이용해서 호갱이 되지 않을 수 있었어요. 저는 담번에도 이용할려구요 ^^ 와이파이는 연결이 되긴 하는데 잘 안되요.. 그치만 데이터 무제한 유심을 사가서 괜찮았습니다.

Initial reception turn the stay a little sour.

Front desk staff slightly curt and unfriendly. Not so nice which made the stay a little uncomfortable. Room itself was rather worn. Housekeeping staff very sweet. Breakfast not so good. Didn’t go near pool. I’d return but would hope to pay a little less than we did. Wasn’t overly impressed but it was certainly comfortable enough on a rainy stop over.

Our room was really smelly and it turned out that the room had bed bugs! When we confronted the hotel about the problem they seemed really confused like theyd never heard of bed bugs before and they simple told us that they would change our sheets and covers, which obviously won’t make the bed bugs go away! When we had made that clear for them they transfered us to a different room, which was fine. But in the morning the staff was talking very loudly outsider our door at 7:00 am! Very rude! The pool wasn’t very clean, there were these wierd plastic fibre sticks floating around everywhere in the pool... The breakfast was fine if you ordered freshmade omelete or scrambled eggs, but there were a lot of flies in the buffet! I would not recommend this hotel!!

Hyggelig hotell i Hoi An.

Hyggelig hotell, 15 min. å gå fra gamlebyen i Hoi An. Imøtekommende og hyggelig betjening. Deilig bassengområde, som var godt å benytte etter en bytur. Gode senger, god frokost,- vi bestilte lunch siste dag, og den var fantastisk god.

Great value for money

This place is a little older but kept in great condition. It's clean and comfy, the pool area is great and the rooms are spacious enough. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. It's only a 10 minute walk to the riverside and there is plenty of eateries and coffee shops in the street.

Hotel Taxi we ordered turned up late and bar was shut so people congregated in recpetion area which my room was directly above with no corridor doors so didnt slepp great. Room was pleasant enough and pool was ok. Wouldnt recommend breakfast.

일정이 빡빡하신분들에게 추천합니다. 오로지 자기만 하면 되면은ㅎㅎㅎ 기대도 안해서 괜찮습니다. 화장실에 물이 안빠져서...ㅜ 다행히 욕조 안에는 빠져서 거기서 씻구 했습니다. 따뜻한 물나오고요 물주기가 영 시원하게 나오지 않아요...ㅋㅋ 서비스는 이용을 안해봐서 모르겠어요.

Good if you don't have a wall view

We booked the room with city view but we had wall view. The day after we asked to change our room because there is no natural light in the room (because of the wall), we said we booked city view, but according to the hotel we didn't book it. But there were great and accepted to change our room. The second room was really great with a view and natural light. Pool is great and the hotel is close to the old city. Our stay was pleasant.

バイクを借りて行ったのですが、場所もわかりやすいです。 ただ看板が地味なんで見逃しやすいかなって思いました。 ビーチもホイヤン中心街もとても行きやすかった プール、綺麗で気持ちよかった 朝食、美味しかった 値段は安いと思いました
