A experiência foi boa com um atendimento muito bom também, no entanto, o hotel precisa melhorar nos seguintes pontos: colocar blecaute para a cortina no quarto, instalar aquecedor nos quartos, dispor de pano de chão banheiro, uma vez que o boxe do chuveiro não é isolado totalmente, ficando totalmente molhado ao tomar banho.

Nos dias que o horário de saída para passeios é antes do café da manhã, o hotel disponibiliza lanches para levar para o passeio sem custo, bem como local para deixar a mala.
