Staff at this hotel were very nice and friendly. The room on the other hand had several issues. It was very cold at night and there was no heating. After reading reviews we went to ask the staff for a heater which helped somewhat. In the shower, half the sliding door was missing and the railing was not properly secured to the wall. If you tried to slide the door shut while showering, the door would fall out of the rail and on to you as you showered. Because the door was broken, water would get everywhere in the bathroom. The faucet in the sink was also broken and would spray water outside of the actual sink bowl. There was also no safe and no mini fridge which aren’t essential but are appreciated when travelling. Breakfast was quite mediocre compared to other similarly priced hotels in Peru. Location is about a 20 minute walk from the plaza. I would not recommend this hotel as travellers can find better for the same amount of money.

The view from the enclosed rooftop where you eat your complimentary breakfast is breathtaking!! Rooms are clean and well decorated. Staff is super friendly!! Best part was calling front desk for a taxi and it arrives within 5 minutes. Less than $2 a ride to the Plaza. Im seriously going back to this hotel.

Windows we’re taped close with packaging tape. Bathroom sink fawcett was really loose when turning it on. No shower curtain. Views are fantastic but hotel just felt like it was not being kept up. To me, definitely not a 3 star.

Helpful and pleasant staff. Clean place Hot water! Good bed and firm and warm Take away breakfast awful, but then we all had altitude sickness. And we had taken the tablets!

Hotel liegt ca 20 Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Zimmergröße war gut, es gab warmes Wasser. Leider hat das Zimmer keine Heizung. Das Frühstück war sehr einfach ! Vom Frühstücksraum hat man eine schöne Aussicht auf die Stadt. Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, manche Mitarbeiter der Rezeption konnten nicht gut Englisch.

Nunca nos hicieron limpieza nos dijeron que era antes de las 12 del medio día y al día sig avisamos que podían ir a las 11 y nos dijeron que la persona de limpieza se había ido! El desayuno solo el primer día fue bueno después ya no hubo fruta ni jamón o queso! Solo pan café y yogurt, El Recepcionista siempre fue el mismo! Y nos ayudó en lo que pudo! Tal vez los problemas están en la administración!!

Queda lejos de la plaza de armas y hay que tomar taxis. Las cobijas muy viejas y duras, el baño de la habitación muy pequeño, el desayuno muy austero y en general muy viejo el hotel.
