Staff were so lovely. Answered all our questions, made us fresh breakfast, and held onto our luggage after checkout. Nightlife nearby is quite loud, but everything else is great at this price point.

Very helpful staff, most welcoming and supportive. Breakfast simple but adequate. Bathroom did need an extractor fan though. Good location to explore historic area of Cusco.

The staffs are very nice and helpful. Even they cannot speak English, but still tried their best to help. The room is clean, with a nice bathroom. There is hot water with good water pressure.

They worked hard to be good hosts despite being short staffed due to the elections this weekend. The place is more rustic, it reminded me of cabins I’ve stayed in when camping back in the States, but I like that kind of thing so it suited me fine. Breakfast was light, but good quality ingredients and the location of this place is 10/10. There’s no A/C or heating units in the room, so bear that in mind. I was totally warm with the blankets provided, but if you run cold it may be an issue.

Good place if you planning on crashing for a day or whatnot - nobody speaks any English so communication will be an issue.

Rodrigo and the other lady are very helpful. However i requested a to-go breakfast on my first morning but they forgot. But on the second morning, they remembered. Just a little suggestion, change the shower curtain at room 101. The water comes out and made the water leak in my room. But overall, my hotel stay is wonderful. The hotel has cozy vibes.
