Good location. Pool has a nice view. However, the room smelled terrible. The shower drain smelled like a sewer. They gave us a new room (great!). However, when we came back that evening, somehow our TV was on (we never turned it on). Then the AC unit began leaking during the night. It leaked all over our travel bag and the shelf it was sitting on. I used four towels drying everything. The rooms are old one bedroom studios that need renovating. Also the pool bathrooms also smell like a sewer. Very disappointed.

Quarto antigo, com janelas pequenas e altas, ar condicionado e tvs antigos, banheiro com forro de plástico horroroso e louças antigas. O corredor de acesso aos quartos parecem sujos e mal cuidados. O hotel, como um todo, necessita de uma modernização além de uma manutenção. Em contra partida, o atendimento em geral foi bom.

O hotel é bem aconchegante, com cama e travesseiros confortáveis. O café da manhã foi muito bom e o atendimento sempre atencioso. O quarto parecia ter passado por uma reforma recente, estava agradável e bem cuidado, com banheiro parecendo novo. A televisão era simples, mas suficiente para a estadia. No geral, a experiência foi positiva do início ao fim, em um ambiente acolhedor e agradável. Recomendo o hotel para quem busca uma estadia tranquila e de qualidade.

Minha estadia no hotel foi maravilhosa, a única coisa que precisam dar atenção é a rede de internet, se possível contratarem uma internet de qualidade, o Wi-Fi nos quartos é bem ruim, a conexão é bem fraca, não carrega e desconecta sozinho, você precisa ficar imóvel num lugar para poder usar Wi-Fi no quarto. E só mais um relato, precisam também fazer limpeza nos ar-condicionados, ao ligar o do meu quarto, senti um mal cheiro muito forte de poeira, desliguei imediatamente para não comprometer minha saúde, necessitam verificar isso urgentemente. No mais, as pessoas que trabalham no hotel, sempre foram muito solícitas e receptivas durante toda a minha estadia, (inclusive à um dos recepcionistas, a qual não me recordo o nome, meu muito obrigada, onde o mesmo foi muito generoso em pedir permissão ao restaurante para servir eu e minha irmã antes do funcionamento, estávamos querendo comer um lanche antes de retornar a nossa cidade) agradecida pela atenção de todos para comigo e com minha irmã, nos dias 30/06/25 e 01/07/25 em que tivemos hospedadas no hotel, voltaremos mais vezes com certeza.

Pontos positivos: - Cordialidade dos funcionários - excelente café da manhã - excelente localização Pontos negativos: - Acessibilidade na entrada é ruim:uma pequena ladeira; com paralelepípedos e posteriormente com um lance de escadas para subir; e pasmem; não há ninguém do hotel para lhe ajudar com as malas neste trajeto.(mulheres e idosos ;sugiro que entrem na recepção e peçam ajuda). - Academia com falta de manutenção nas esteiras.(se vc gosta de correr, tome cuidado, ela desliga do nada,podendo gerar uma queda ou contusão). No geral me agradou, voltaria a me hospedar com certeza.

Hotel antigo com colchao horrivel

Colchão horrível, torto. Travesseiro fino como um papel. Eu e meu companheiro de quarto acordamos com uma super dor nas costas. Quarto escuro e com uma janela acima do nível da cabeça, não dá pra ver nada e quase não entra luz. Esqueci um relógio de pulso e sumiram com ele. Não recomendo.

Precisam de mais empatia

Fomos para Curitiba de moto, foi uma viagem de quase 300km. Enquanto meu marido foi colocar a moto na garagem eu subi para fazer o check in e ninguém me atendeu, o rapaz da recepção simplesmente ficou conversando com outro hóspede, só quando meu marido chegou e eu disse que ninguém ainda tinha me atendido que outro rapaz veio nos atender, coloquei que nossa previsão de chegada seria perto de 12:30 e chegamos 13:30 mas o quarto ainda não estava pronto, o ar do quarto era antigo e fazia bastante barulho e ficava bem en cima da cama. O quarto tinha um cheiro peculiar. O banheiro era bom e o chuveiro também. Em um determinado momento entrei no elevador e perguntei para a funcionária se estava subindo ela nem olhou na minha cara, apenas disse mexendo no celular "descendo". O corredor tem apenas um sensor de movimento então se o quarto for longe tem que andar um pedaço no escuro. Achei a divisória do quarto bem estranha. Voltaremos mas se não tiver outra opção por perto pois gostamos de ficar próximo ao shopping Estação. E também cobraram o preço da garagem errado, mas corrigiram o erro em seguida. A maioria dos funcionários precisam ser mais simpáticos, sempre que encontravamos alguém nas dependências em conum e nos davam bom dia sabíamos que eram hospedes.

Minha estadia foi muito ruim. As acomodações são velhas e em mal estado de conservação. Pedi um berço para a minha filha, e disponibilizaram um com o estofado rasgado. O banheiro tinha um cheiro muito ruim. O café da manhã é de baixa qualidade. Enfim, me decepcionei e me arrependi de ter reservado esse hotel para ficar com a minha família. Ainda bem que foi por apenas uma noite.
