I chose this hotel mainly for its great location, which made it easy to access nearby restaurants, shops, and attractions. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience did not meet the standards of a 4-star hotel. The reception staff were cold and unwelcoming, making check-in feel impersonal. A more friendly and attentive attitude would have made a big difference. The room seemed fine at first, but the bathroom had visible mold and a clogged sink that drained very slowly. These maintenance issues gave the impression that the hotel is not properly maintained. Breakfast was decent with enough variety, but it lacked features expected from a 4-star hotel, such as a made-to-order egg or omelette station. The valet parking was also overpriced for what was offered, adding to the frustration of the stay. Another major issue was the 220-volt electrical system, which was not clearly communicated. I almost damaged my hair dryer because of this, and it could easily create safety risks for guests. Overall, the hotel felt outdated and poorly maintained. While the location is excellent, the unfriendly service, bathroom issues, expensive parking, and electrical concerns made the stay disappointing. In my opinion, this hotel is closer to a 2-star experience than a true 4-star property.

Parents loved it

We got a night stay at NH Hotel The Five in Curitiba as a gift for my parents' 50th anniversary, and they loved it. Everything went smoothly, from the booking to special voucher and celebration arrangements. I live abroad but I was able to contact the booking department through email and WhatsApp chat. They had a great time. Thanks for all the staff that helped make this occasion even more special.

Excelente experiência no NH Curitiba The Five. O hotel tem ótima localização, ambiente moderno, quartos confortáveis e muito bem estruturados. A limpeza, a organização e a qualidade das instalações chamam bastante atenção. A equipe foi cordial, prestativa e eficiente durante toda a estadia, transmitindo uma sensação de cuidado e profissionalismo. O café da manhã também merece destaque, com boa variedade e qualidade. É uma excelente opção em Curitiba tanto para viagens a trabalho quanto para lazer. Certamente voltaria a me hospedar e recomendo

O café da manhã é muito bom, a cama é boa, o quarto é espaçoso. O ponto negativo vai para o sistema de entretenimento da TV, que o sinal da internet parecia oscilar, pouca quantidade de sabonete liquido disponibilizado e a demora no check-in. O hotel é muito bom.

Quarto muito espaçoso, cama e almofadas muito confortáveis. Wc grande com tudo o que é necessário. Pequeno Almoço muito diversificado, com qualidade , era excelente, com controlo diário da qualidade realizado in loco. Estacionamento pago mas era essencial e tinha motorista para estacionar e para trazer o carro. Localizado perto de vários restaurantes churrascarias e shopping.
