From the moment i checked the staff especially Julie & Marie made me feel like i was at home rooms are spotless even the parking attendents make you feel welcome decent breakfast room service was also very good I would highly recommend Intercity Hotel to anyone visiting Curitiba

Convenient location, great breakfast

My family of 4 had 2 rooms for a 5 night stay. The hotel is very conveniently located for downtown Curitiba. The breakfast was great and all staff were extremely friendly.

The staff was great! The TV needed to be replaced in Room 1603. There was some mold in the shower. The A/C was non-functional, for heating, cooling, and fan., or the power was turned off. I did not report this to the staff as I was only there for two nights. I was scheduled to stay there one more night, after a three day trip, but I canceled and booked another hotel.

IKazu at the Front Desk was very helpful I wasn't getting good TV reception, but it was, as usual, Direct TV"s fault, any hotel I ever stayed at throughout the world that has Direct TV has the same problems-other wise stay was perfectamundo again!

The hotel and staff were very nice and the room was clean and large. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast had many options. Our only complaint is that the elevators are quite slow when many guests are headed to breakfast, and there would sometimes be a 7 minute wait for an elevator. We would definitely stay here again!

Pedi toalhas na recepção porque tinha um vazamento de água no meu quarto e utilizei a toalha pra aparar a água, o chuveiro alagava o quarto e não me trouxeram a toalha depois de pedir por 3 vezes, saí sem tomar banho. No checking nada amigável ! Não voltaria .

Toda a estrutura é excelente. Fiquei hospedada com minha família, pois corri a Maratona de Curitiba. O hotel serviu café da manhã pra gente às 4h no dia da prova, o que foi uma gentileza sem igual! Somado à isto, no momento da reserva eu solicitei um berço para meu filho, e no dia do check-in me disseram que não haviam mais berços disponíveis, porém, ao conversar com o pessoal da recepção, nos forneceram um colchão de solteiro, que nos proporcionou o mesmo ou mais conforto do que o berço proporcionaria. Muito obrigado!
