Fiquei muito insatisfeito, me senti enganado, pois as fotos apresentadas não condizem com a realidade. Quarto com camas velhas, que me deram dor nas costas, ar condicionado antigo e muito barulhento, banheiro o qual inundava, virava uma lagoa que a água chegava até o tornozelo. Café da manhã também difere das fotos apresentadas, com poucas variedades, e atendimento deixou a desejar.

Tive problema com o checkin , tive problema com o quarto , era escuro, cheirava ruim , chuveiro saia água todo fora ,tv mal funcionou, tive problemas ao ligar na cozinha que só caia a ligação, tive problema com o checkout estendido a recepção é muito lenta, outros hóspedes são barulhento escândalos, era de igreja e parece que faziam pregação dentro dos quartos nos encomodou bastante .. localização ok , hotel bonito , tem um painel para fotos .. só mesmo minha ressalva para o atendimento péssimo ..

Até barata morta encontramos no quarto

O hotel precisa de reformas urgentes. Fomos hospedados em um quarto em condições precárias. Sujo, encardido, pintura descascando. Frigobar enferrujado. Barata no quarto!!!! Reclamamos para a atendente da noite e está falou que foi o que escolhi. Mentira ! Não escolhi quarto sujo, roupa de banho rasgada, barata morta. Armário sem porta. Café da manhã básico. Nunca mais volto e nem recomendo. Só não cancelei que cheguei meia noite para o check in e não dava para após de uma viagem de SP a Curitiba ainda ter de sair procurar ummlugar decente.

O Cafe da manhã pessimo, piorou muito em relação a minha último estadia, chuveiro muito ruim parecia que estava intupido não saia agua direito, e a toalha de banho parece toalha de rosto de tao pequena, mal dava pra se secar , alem de ser de pessima qualidade. Provavelmente nao me hospedo mais nesse hotel !!
