Pedi toalhas na recepção porque tinha um vazamento de água no meu quarto e utilizei a toalha pra aparar a água, o chuveiro alagava o quarto e não me trouxeram a toalha depois de pedir por 3 vezes, saí sem tomar banho. No checking nada amigável ! Não voltaria .

Precisava do hotel principalmente para dormir, já que passei a maior parte do tempo fora. Na primeira noite, ao entrar no quarto, o ar-condicionado era velho, com ruído insuportável e mais calor dentro do que fora. Pedimos troca de quarto na recepção e nos negaram qualquer solução, mesmo havendo ...
