"Amneties and hotel location are very good, well-maintained, good breakfast, however the staff are horrible, both the front desk and at breakfast restaurant, they need to smile, greet guests and attend to their needs, they have a poker face with no courtesy and look at you badly when you request something. ..."

"This hotel presents as clean and good for a quick airport layover stay. Not sure if I’d stay for a long journey. The room card entry panels weren’t working so the staff had to walk guest to the room, unlock the room and then if you needed to go out and go back and we had to go back to the front desk ..."
