3-hour delay to check in until 7p.m., which ruined birthday dinner plans. Once checked in, room lacked towels adequate for two people. Knock at the door was a 1/2 hour early to check out. Staff was apologetic but that did not give the 3 hours back.

Staff was very helpful. We were able to check in earlier before check-in time 4pm. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable and cozy with white sheets. Close to restaurants and springs.

I would not stay here again. One lady behind the desk was not pleasant at all. The bathroom was a nightmare! the shower and the toilet were all together and of course everything got wet or damp . The entire place seemed rundown and seedy. I was very disappointed
