"Everything was excellent, everyone was very helpful, the room was clean and had everything that we needed, and the breakfast was lovely and had gluten free options. Definitely would come back when we are next in the area."

"The hotel sits a good few miles from Cambridge but the road links are pretty good. Hotel is clean and tidy and staff I spoke to were helpful. Room was an upgraded one so more expensive of course but the added space was useful. The breakfast was at best average. Hot food wasn’t very hot and was greasy, cold or overcooked. The staff appeared overwhelmed and as a result people were queuing constantly for everything from coffee to food items as well as simply to sit down. Gym is a good size and pool area is fine although it was closed due to a fault for part of one of the days. Overall I was left a bit disappointed but it was OK."

"Very comfortable room with everything one needs for most stays. Excellent breakfasts and as always very good value for money. Warm welcoming staff who are always helpful. Excellent parking although now on Ringgo App. Good road links although sat nav may mislead at nearby roundabout."

"Room was unclean. Front desk and bar staff were great but restaurant staff was inattentive. Nice property on the side of the river but not worth the cost"

"Room was very hot with no A/C and could not open the windows. Dusty, no water, milk or at bags in the room. Car parking an extra £20 a day. Not very good"
