"Crewe Hall is absolutely stunning — the grounds and historic architecture are breathtaking, and the whole place has such a romantic, luxurious vibe. The staff were polite and helpful, and the atmosphere felt really special, perfect for a weekend getaway.

"Hotel and room is clean. Staff are welcoming and friendly. Free parking which is very good. Breakfast was tasty and lots of choice of hot and cold food. Bed was comfy and slept well. Had window open and it was quiet all night. "

(No other guests). Standing, there, knowing I am there, not acknowledging or asking if I need any assistance. Not a good look.

"We just spent one night in Chester to visit the rows which is a reputation of the city. The hotel itself a bit far from downtown which takes about 20 minutes by walk. The room is a bit small with no view. There is no an elevator and the stairs is quite narrow. Pros are good breakfast, free car parking, and big bed. "
