"The property was was good for the price! I think that the maintenance staff and cleaning staff need some help! The toilet seat was very loose. The opening where the tv used to sit is just empty with wires just sitting there! The the ring around the sink stopper is cracked. The windows were very dirty. The floors were so dirty our sox and feet were blackish! I am mentioning these things because I feel they are easy fixes! Floors need to be mopped, when they clean the toilet seat don’t they...

"The room was dirty outdated. The carpet is from 1970. Looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in 10 or 15 years. The motif is leftover garage sale at best just way outdated the room smelled musty dark depressing paneling was not worth the price we paid I wouldn’t pay more than $60 to stay in the room like that anywhere else in the country. Do yourself a favor and steer away from this establishment."

"a Clean room and area. We were in 114 and qere the only room without a balcony overlooking the river... Other than that it was well maimtained."

"We were there three days and the staff never came to service the room. There was only one bar of soap ( small) that was shared between two. The floors are not carpeted and are instead covered in some petroleum based product that colors the bottom of bare feet. But only a little."

"This place is a JOKE!!! Upon arrival and showing my Expedia Booking and proper Identification, I was told by the young man at the counter that "we do not accept online payments, all payments must be made in person". I again presented my booking #, as well as the digital receipt, and showed him the charge debiting my bank account. He spouted the same ridiculousness again, and... I gave up. "The staff were very friendly and nice. The place is dog friendly and even provide you with a free goodie bag with a poop bag container, treats and paw wipes. The pet fee is $30/night. The indoor pool and spa were refreshing and pool noodles were abundant. The best part was the easy access to the beach which was just a short walk. The downsides: the rooms were not very well marked. "Nice clean room"

"Room was spacious, bed very comfortable, amazing shower! The property is well worn but nice folks and clean. Our room had a bit of a musty smell but we just aired it out actually very quiet location."

"Inside the room was brand new everything. So even though it's an older motel, once you're in the room, the decor was actually quite lovely - the little touches like the dresser and toilet paper holder, the quality of the shower curtain - all really good quality. Loved the kitchenette. Parking spots were a little tight length-wise for our truck. There was a step to get into our room."

"So I paid a little extra for a room with a “view” in reality it’s just a view of the chevron across the street. The free breakfast is actually down the road at the Bandon Inn so it’s definitely not convenient. Ice machine was broken. The only chair on the “patio” was full of mold."

"This is an incredible place, perfect location and beautiful unit. Fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and very clean. My only complaint would be the internet and tv. The TV would be disconnected from the WiFi every 10 minutes or so, and the TV was very old and therefore slow. Will definitely stay here again!"
